When a user's payment fails the system will attempt to charge them every day for 3 days.
Will the user's campaigns be paused if a payment fails?
If the user current has a positive credit balance the campaigns will continue to run. If the user doesn't make a payment by day 3 all campaigns will stop running.
Can a user still login to the system if they haven't paid?
Yes, but they will be prompted to make a payment.
What will happen to the user's virtual number if they don't make a payment?
A user has 5 days to make a payment before we release their virtual number(s) back to the phone company.
